This Role, You Should Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7+ years of engineering experience Strong background in Fabrication Engineering (highly preferred) Experience with press brakes, CNC machining, saw and fixture design Tooling design experience preferred Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and coordinate project responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining engineering and drawing standards Experience in talent development and team mentorship Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Cross-functional team collaboration experience Proficient with software such as: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Dynamics AX) Autodesk Design Suite (AutoCAD, Inventor, Nastran In-CAD, 3DS Max, AutoCAD Electrical) Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills A creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
