Job Description
This privately-owned company is rapidly growing and seeking an Automations Controls Engineer to design clear, complete and accurately working products and systems using CAD, rough or detailed sketches, and/or notes. For nearly a decade, they have been producing innovative and reliable products that have now put them in the forefront of the manufacturing industry in a global market specifically when it comes to automation. Essential Job Functions:

Machine tending automation system cell controller design
CNC machine tool, robot, washer, gage/CMM, marker, etc. automation equipment interfacing
Electrical wiring, troubleshooting and various automation peripherals setup
Program PLC/HMI (Allen-Bradley preferred), robot (Fanuc) and vision (iRvision or Cognex)

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor or equivalent degree in

EE/ME/CS

Engineering
Familiar with manufacturing automation/industrial robotic system
Strong electrical design, wiring and troubleshooting capabilities
Proficient in PLC/HMI/Robot/Vision programming Proficient in mechanical assembly and electrical troubleshooting Familiar with major industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, etc.) Familiar with safety circuit and safety relay/controller configuration
