Job Description

Job Summary Our global distribution centers are essential links between production sites and customers worldwide. Operating in a fast-paced and expanding supply chain environment, we are seeking an Engineer to support and scale automation systems across our distribution network. This role offers strong opportunities for skill development and career growth, particularly for those with backgrounds in distribution, automation, manufacturing, engineering, or transportation. The ideal candidate will help develop and implement automation strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational capabilities. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, flexible automation solutions integrating mechanical, electrical, robotic, and software technologies. Analyze workflows, production costs, and schedules to optimize operational efficiency. Recommend process improvements, equipment purchases, and workflow reorganizations in line with safety and regulatory standards. Provide engineering design expertise for distribution centers, processes, and equipment selection. Lead problem-solving efforts, driving innovation and sharing best practices across teams. Define project scope, including technical and business requirements, budgets, and resources for automated warehousing projects. Manage project plans, coordinate subcontractors and facility teams, and ensure timely resolution of logistics challenges. Present regular project updates to senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of warehouse design, automation, material handling, labor management, and value-added services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to travel up to 25%.
