The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in CAD and CNC technologies to optimize production methods and meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
Conduct time studies and process analysis to optimize production workflows.
Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and train staff on new processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in CAD software and CNC machining processes.
PLC Programming experience
Experience in manufacturing processes and methodologies is preferred.
