2nd Shift (Starts at 3:30 PM to end of production) Join Our Team! John Soules Foods is a leader in beef and chicken production, supplying retailers, restaurants, and schools. We’re hiring entry-level Poultry Processing Line Workers to join our 1st and 2nd shift production team . No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Essential Functions:

Position, inspect, and sort poultry products on the processing line. Remove bones and defects before and after processing. Arrange products to ensure proper placement on the conveyor belt. Monitor product quality and remove any rejects. Pack, seal, and label boxes for shipping. Stack boxes properly for storage and transportation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Rotate between various roles on the production line. Work efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards. Follow all safety and food handling procedures.

Position Requirements:

Ability to stand 100% of the shift and work at a steady pace. Fast hand and arm movement to keep up with the production line. Work in a cold environment (40°F) for the entire shift. Lift and handle 5 lb. bags of product as needed. Ability to assemble boxes and pack product correctly. Read and follow product specifications and paperwork. Excellent attention to detail for product inspection and quality assurance. Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to work 5 to 7 days a week and overtime as needed (including weekends). Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing, bending, and reaching. Repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to climb stairs if necessary. Moderate physical effort required throughout the shift. Personal protective equipment (safety glasses and earplugs) must be worn at all times.
