Job Duties:

Actively demonstrates and promotes safety and a safe work environment and holds their team accountable for driving a best-in-industry safety culture. Audits and observes to ensure our product meets or exceeds quality standards. Owns Quality Control compliance for their assigned working area. Analyzes equipment operations, performance, and problems and secures resources to resolve issues quickly and correctly. Operates and monitors scales, pumps, drum dollies, solvent recovery equipment (rotary evaporators and falling film distillation), PLCs, and VFDs. Prepares, loads, and analyzes samples utilizing High Pressure Liquid Chromatography. Operates a forklift to move material and equipment throughout the warehouse. Records key performance indicators such as weights, times, inventory, and quality checks. Performs minor preventative maintenance on equipment and partners with management to solve equipment changes and problems. Actively participates in production meetings. Ability to effectively receive and decipher direct/detailed instructions, provide innovative solutions, and work independently and as a team member.

Physical and Environmental Requirements Physical Activity:

It requires more than 2/3 of the time standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing, and less than 1/3 of the time sitting.

Vision:

This requires accurate close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, including the ability to adjust focus and use peripheral vision.

Environment:

Requires more than 2/3 of the time working near moving mechanical parts, being exposed to hot or cold conditions, and less than 1/3 of the time in an office setting. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous forklift experience preferred. Understanding of basic safety/OSHA standards. Some mechanical aptitude.
