This position demands expertise with production printing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a secure, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain the Xerox 9070 series color production printer and CANON C850, including Fiery print servers Produce a variety of high-quality printed materials: brochures, reference documents, posters, and photographs Use Government-supplied finishing equipment including: Triumph Paper Cutter Challenge Drill Bostitch Stapler Baum Folder Spiral Bind Machine Perform additional print shop tasks such as: Padding paper Hand-collation Folding and lamination Scanning hardcopy documents Producing identification badges for meetings Coordinate with OEM technicians (Canon/Xerox) to ensure equipment performance and upgrades Report production metrics and costs monthly Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and security protocols

Qualifications Required:

Active TS/SCI security clearance with current CI polygraph Demonstrated experience operating Xerox and Canon production printing systems Proficient in document finishing and assembly techniques Ability to meet demanding schedules without errors Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision

Preferred:

Experience in a DoD or IC print environment Familiarity with Fiery RIP and digital print workflows Prior training in print equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Additional Information This is a non-personal services role; the contractor is responsible for managing their own staff and schedules Some after-hours work may be required with overtime eligibility (max 60 hours/year) Contractor must provide administrative support (e.g., pay, leave, timekeeping) for its personnel Work will be conducted in a high-security facility; compliance with safety and incident reporting procedures is mandator
