Looking for dependable, steady hours in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We’re hiring one stellar Food Line Operator to join our high-output bakery production team. This is a physically active role where you’ll help process thousands of food items each day, working with a tight-knit crew to maintain top-quality standards. If you come from a food service or back-of-house background and want a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours—this is the job for you.

Schedule:

✅ Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Food Handling:

Portion, tray, and package thousands of bakery and deli items with consistency and speed.

Food Safety & Sanitation:

Strictly follow food safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations and tools.

Physically Active Work:

Regularly lift and move trays, ingredients, and equipment— up to 50 lbs . You’ll be standing, bending, and moving all day.

Back-of-House Style Workflow:

Think like a line cook—fast, clean, accurate, and focused under pressure.

Team Collaboration:

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to meet production goals and support shift handoffs.

Adaptability & Accountability:

Take feedback well, adjust quickly, and help keep the line running smoothly.

Qualifications:

Experience in food service, prep, line cook, or other back-of-house roles preferred Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Comfortable working in a high-energy, high-output setting Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and staying active through the entire shift Dependable, on time, and ready to work Positive attitude and willingness to learn
