Job Description
Automobile Paint Line Operator JW Holdings Dadeville, AL 36853 Join our team as a Paint Line Operator in an automotive components plant. You’ll work on a production line applying paint and coatings to parts, performing quality inspections, and supporting efficient line flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Hang/remove parts from conveyor or racks for painting Operate prep equipment including washers, ovens, spray booths, and masking tools Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and surface quality; make adjustments as needed Work with team members or supervisors to troubleshoot issues and maintain line flow
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in paint operations, finish lines, or manufacturing preferred Ability to lift and hang parts (often up to 50 lbs) Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
