Manufacturing Technician 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 3275 Suntree Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32940 Experience Requirement Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Quality minded/focused individual. Performs visual inspection of components before assembly or test. Perform self-inspection of work completed before moving to the next step. Ability to navigate through computer and test software Knowledge of basic electronics theory. Ability to identify electronic components, their function, and proper placement on a PCB. Experienced with Test equipment, including DMM (Digital Multi Meter) and oscilloscope Experience in troubleshooting of failed units. Maintain accurate and organized documentation and ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with the company’s CMS standards. Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete assignments on time. Team member/leader experience on quality, delivery, or cost project(s) is a plus. Knowledge and experience in 6S and process improvement Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work overtime as required. Experience in an
ISO/FDA/FAA
work environment. Flexible with work assignments. Other duties as assigned by the team leader/manager. Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills. Experience in handling delicate components using ESD practices. Must have good hand and eye coordination. AS in Electronic Technology but not required, or 2 years of equivalent experience Physical Requirement Performing General Physical Activities – Sitting for long periods of time. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and occasionally moving your whole body repeatedly, such as walking and balancing. May be able to lift a maximum of 55 lbs. Handling and Moving Objects – Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules. The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
