Full Job Description Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, manufacturing, upgrading, servicing, and troubleshooting of advanced gaming technology products. This role involves retrofitting and assembling gaming devices and equipment, diagnosing parts and peripherals, and providing technical support to internal and external customers. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Assembly and Maintenance:
Perform assembly, maintenance, modification, and overhaul of products and equipment according to manuals, service guides, and policies. Install, upgrade, configure, diagnose, and conduct final testing of gaming products and devices.
Issue Escalation:
Identify and escalate issues to management that may impact manufacturing processes or cause delays.
Training and Support:
Provide training to entry-level technicians as necessary. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Report findings and recommendations to supervisors or management. Responsibilities may be adjusted as needed to meet departmental and organizational requirements.
Job Requirements:
Education /
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience in the gaming-related field or relevant training preferred. Knowledge of electronic components or IT experience is advantageous. Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask. Strong problem-solving skills and basic computer proficiency. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of gaming devices. Strong IT skills. Prior experience in a similar position is preferable.
Physical Characteristics:
Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods. Capability to lift heavy boxes weighing in excess of 100 lbs.
