The Automated Pouching Operations Line Mechanic/Operatoris responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshootingpouching machines to ensure efficient production and high-qualityoutput. This role involves performing routine maintenance,addressing mechanical issues, and ensuring safety and qualitystandards compliance. This is a 3rd shift position with the hoursof 11:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities Set up,operate, and monitor pouching machines to ensure optimalperformance and product quality Perform routine maintenance andrepairs on pouching machines to prevent downtime and ensure smoothoperation Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly tominimize production interruptions Monitor the production process toensure products meet quality specifications. Conduct periodicchecks and implement corrective actions as necessary Maintainaccurate records of production activities, machine performance,maintenance tasks, and quality control data Ensure adherence tohealth and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environmentWork closely with other departments, such as quality control andmaintenance, to ensure smooth production processes QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in amanufacturing or production environment, particularly in pouchingoperations Strong mechanical skills and the ability to performroutine maintenance tasks Excellent attention to detail andproblem-solving skills Good computer skills to use theManufacturing Reporting System Ability to work well in a teamenvironment Physical stamina to stand, walk, and handle materialsthroughout the shift
