Solar Panel Manufacturing A leading solar panel manufacturer in the Cecil Field area is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support its high-tech production facility. This is a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform routine inspections and report any issues to maintenance
Qualifications:
Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
