Automated Filling and Sealing Operator Regulus IT Solutions 1499 Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL 33602 This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator located in Tampa, FL . The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality control standards are met, and using hand tools in the production process. Qualifications Machine Operation and Machinery skills Quality Control abilities Proficient in using Hand Tools Strong communication skills Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification Experienced form fill seal operators : The candidate should have hands-on experience operating form-fill-seal (FFS) machines , which are commonly used in manufacturing and packaging industries to form a package, fill it with product (like liquids, powders, or solids), and seal it—all in one automated process. It’s a technical role requiring knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality control. Also cGMP knowledge : The candidate should also be familiar with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) . These are guidelines enforced by regulatory agencies (like the FDA) to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards, especially in industries like pharmaceuticals, biotech, and food.
