Shift/Hours:

Monday•Friday, 8 am•5 pm

Pay Rate:

$15•17/hr. (Depending on experience)

Location:

Fort Myers, FL Responsibilities:

Assemble wire harnesses, cables, small accessories, and units according to assembly and electrical drawings. Perform repairs on returned merchandise (RMA’s) to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and in-process products to ensure adherence to specifications. Thoroughly clean and visually inspect products received for repair, identifying issues and documenting findings. Prepare and paint drive housings as required, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, reporting any safety concerns or obstructions to the Safety Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assembly, repair, or a related field is preferred. Ability to interpret assembly and electrical drawings accurately. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly and repair processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards promptly.
