We’re hiring Production Prep Technicians to support a leading aerospace manufacturer right in Clearwater, FL. This isn’t your typical factory job — no moving conveyor belts or mindless line work. In this role, you set the pace. You’ll work with precision, handle small parts, and be trusted to take ownership of your work from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Prep and mask small aerospaceponents for finishing
Clean and handle parts with accuracy and care
Use basicputer tools to track work and progress
Work independently — stay focused, proactive, and engaged
Be detail-obsessed and take pride in doing the job right

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basicputer skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Not afraid to ask questions or take initiative

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (must be verifiable)
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Able toplete classroom training during your first 1-2 weeks

Pay Details:

$17.50 per hour
