Manufacturing Technician:
Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processes Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Monitor production lines and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify any defects or issues Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and implement cost-saving measures Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred 3 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow SOPs Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
