Manufacturing Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Fort Pierce, FL 34950 This position is for Pre-weight Technician to weigh and gather raw materials needed for a batch.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Learn and execute established SOPs Weigh and process samples and label inventory after completing order. Accurately weigh and dispense material (Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, crouch and stand for prolong periods of time) Accurately identify and record raw material part numbers or names Apply labels to containers as required to identify product/blends Clean and maintain work areas organized and neat. Maintain cleaning records. Ability to stay on your feet for the entire shift. Organize and maintain supplies. Apply labels to containers as required to identify product/blends Operates hand jacks and all other associated equipment Follows specific GMP regulations. Sanitizes equipment Completes paperwork Responsible for equipment and work area cleanliness Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Preferred but not required, previous knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Able to carry-out mathematical calculations accurately. Fast learning and multi tasks skills Must be detail oriented, organized, honest and be able to prioritize. Willing to Learn and Grow, self-motivated and enthusiastic. Reliable and able to follow verbal and written instructions. Flexible and Open-minded Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Detail oriented/capable of maintaining clear and concise records. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
