OVERVIEW
The Dopant technician, under the Production Supervisor will provide support in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process. The dopant technician will collect, validate, analyze, and organize data into meaningful reports for management decision making for recharging process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks of Dopant technician should include but not limited to the following: Identify component’s issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions. Compile and analyze dopant data and create reports for engineer’s review Creation of mechanisms to improve production and streamline workflow of re-charge process. Responsible for accurately weighing and recording the weights of dopant and outgoing materials. Operate electronic or mechanical scales to weigh dopants, and record data such as weights, types of materials, and dates and times of transactions Ensure that the equipment is in good working condition, clean and properly maintained. Performs minor maintenance and repair work on scales, scale house and scale house grounds Responsible for maintaining the clean environment of the weigh scale house and its perimeter Works closely with all departments in order to properly feed lines according to production demands. Polysilicon Stacking Prepare polysilicon for automatic handling from as-shipped condition with ceramic tools Interface with the logistics team warehouse to prevent machine starvation Inspect materials prior to use to ensure purity and quality Examine, test, and troubleshoot vacuum seal systems Measure out precise quantities of raw material inputs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 1-2
years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Associate degree or equivalent is required. Experience with networked based computer systems. (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement with suggestions and ideas. Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations. Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and leadership skills.
