Full Job Description Summary:

As a Technical Operator, you will execute the assigned process/equipment in accordance with work instructions. You will participate in production volumes and quality under the production plan while using equipment and computerized systems to produce, assemble, evaluate, process and package lithium-ion batteries in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

Achieve KPI’s:

Production Target Qty, OEE, Yield and Project targets Prepare equipment and materials for production Lead machine change-over, verify proper function and product quality is met Request/support calibrate measurement systems Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, in-putting materials, and monitoring defects/loss for continuous operation Conduct self-inspection of the product and check the quality Manage accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System) Track all non-conformations and scraps Ensure compliance with health/safety/environmental/fire regulations Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs Mentor and train new technical operators Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3

R Standards:

Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP’s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors and engineers Sorting / Rework / Re-input Cooperate/communicate within and between departments and shifts Manage inventory (material, semi-product, product, holding material/product) Monitor the

SPC, RMS

system, QMS NCR and report to the supervisor or manager Adhere to company, team and safety rules/requirements at all times, including clean room rules and PPE standards Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience

Experience:

At least 1 year of continuous work history with a single employer in the manufacturing industry is required.

Physical Requirements:
