Contract Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Aseptic Manufacturing Technician to support vaccine component preparation in a clean room environment using virus and cell culture techniques. This role ensures strict compliance with USDA regulations and Standard Operating Procedures while contributing to process improvements, documentation accuracy, and team training initiatives. If you have a background in aseptic processes, strong organizational skills, and a passion for quality and safety, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform preparation of vaccine components in an aseptic clean room environment using virus and cell culture techniques, ensuring compliance with USDA regulations. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during all manufacturing activities. Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner; maintain technical data and support documentation. Assist with the training and coaching of new and current employees on aseptic techniques and manufacturing processes. Participate in root cause analysis activities and implement corrective and preventative actions to address issues and improve processes. Escalate production flow disturbances and contribute to deviation and change control management. Demonstrate a strong commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives. Support site projects and continuous improvement initiatives (including the Assessment of Individual Performance (AAI) program). Troubleshoot basic equipment and automation issues as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Preferred background in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field, with one year or more of laboratory or manufacturing experience. Knowledge of clean room procedures and aseptic techniques preferred. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database software systems. Solid basic math skills and equipment troubleshooting abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
