We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our team and support engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will assist engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of technical systems, ensuring all work aligns with industry standards, project specifications, and safety protocols. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical abilities, technical knowledge, and excellent teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist engineers in designing and developing engineering projects across various domains Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to collect data and refine designs Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot engineering tools, instruments, and equipment Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics Support the installation, setup, and maintenance of new engineering systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues Provide on-site support during manufacturing or construction phases Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials Assist in project planning, including budgeting and timeline tracking Train and mentor junior technicians or apprentices Participate in project meetings and contribute technical insights Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate degree in Engineering Technology or a related field Certification from a recognized engineering technician program preferred Hands-on experience with engineering tools and diagnostic equipment Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools Physical capability to handle manual tasks and lift heavy equipment

Work Environment:

May involve work in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or lab environments Requires standing, lifting, and use of hand tools and instruments
