Our client, a leading player in the medical robotic sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician III, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment supporting various assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00am

• 4:30pm, OT is expected per business needs (Friday and/or Saturday)
  What’s the Job?

Assemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and prints.
Operate and set up production equipment and fixtures as needed.
Perform inspection of your own and others’ work, ensuring quality standards are met.
Mentor others in areas of expertise, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and report any quality issues or material shortages.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
3-5 years of previous mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
Proficiency in basic math and the ability to perform calculations as required.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety and production policies.
