RF Technician Direct Hire Opportunity Location:

Topsfield,MA 100% onsite 9/80 Work Schedule – 7:00am to 4:30pm Hourly $34.00- $36.00 hr Topsfield, MA. 100% onsite. RF Technician MES requiredProblem solver familiar with root cause analysis and projectmanagement RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies,modules, PC boards and wire bonding Experience in working with chipand wire processes preferred Knowledge of advanced manufacturingmethods in test, assembly and fabrication require Microsoft Officeproficient High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10years of prior relevant experience or Associate’s degree with aminimum of 6 years prior relevant experience. The FSO role, after 6months of training for successful certification completion, is nota full time job. This position will then be mostly involved inManufacturing Tech work at the same time having the FSO title andresponsibilities. We are looking for a smart, sharp Mfg Tech thatis willing to train and learn FSO.

Skills:

Interpret company andgovernment security policies and apply them to program operationsProvide clear guidance to company employees, and recommendmodifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriateThorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoDsecurity guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive(ICD) standards Experience serving as CPSO Strong understanding ofPhysical Security requirements to include collateral Closed Areasand ICD 705 to meet contractual needs Thorough understanding ofsecurity databases such as DISS, eQIP, and NISS Administerday-to-day security programs: personnel processing, programreviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections,violation investigations & reports,receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc. Abilityto develop and establish an effective security awareness, training,and education program Minimum 2 years of experience in IndustrialSecurity preferred FSO certification with minimum 2 years ofexperience as an FSO preferred Security Clearance (current orpreviously held)
