Job Summary The Manufacturing Technician performs entry-level production tasks, supporting AVAVA’s manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards. Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. This is a 4 months temp to perm position Job Duties Operate and monitor production equipment, following established procedures. Assemble and test products according to specifications. Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and escalate issues as needed. Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations. Assist in routine equipment maintenance and calibration. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some technical training preferred. 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to learn and develop skills in a production environment. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. Experience handling Optics and Optical Assemblies preferred.
