What You’ll Do Operate SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3D printers and related equipment. Handle the manufacturing, inspection, and packaging of precision medical implants. Prepare products for sterilization and shipment to meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality protocols in a regulated environment. Experience Required for Your Success High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of manufacturing experience—steady work history preferred (not job-hoppy). Previous experience as an operator, assembler, or production tech is a plus. Comfortable working on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM) . Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven team.
