Overview:

The Kitting Specialist is responsible for assembling material/component kits for production or shipping to ensure smooth operations. This role involves inventory management, quality checks, and collaboration with various departments. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble kits as per instructions or orders Track and maintain inventory; assist with cycle counts Inspect components for quality and accuracy Record kitting activities and report any issues Coordinate with Distribution, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Suggest process improvements

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or kitting experience preferred Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic computer and inventory system skills Good communication skills; English proficiency required

Physical Requirements:
