GRPC Hours:

– 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (2nd shift) Must clear a BG check Seeking a Production technician for 2nd shift Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Working under scope Looking for someone detail-oriented with experience in small parts assembly—ideally in medical device manufacturing or a cleanroom environment. The ability to follow procedures and work with small hand tools is key. This role involves assembling small mechanical parts, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Education:

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented.
• Familiarity with office computer programs.
• Small parts assembly experience strongly preferred.
• Medical device or other regulated industry experience a plus.
• Cleanroom experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to manipulate small hand tools and assemble small mechanical parts
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision.

Job Description:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure product meets quality standards.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and safety and regulatory requirements per Medical Quality System.
• Completes all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Management.
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Job Type:

Contract Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
