Summary We are seeking a Production Lead Technician to join our dynamic team at Maine Wood Concepts. This role is essential for overseeing finishing processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our custom wood component manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, and work alongside the team throughout all finishing processes.
• Ensure all finishing procedures meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Train new team members, help them learn processes and safety guidelines, and assist existing members in skill improvement.
• Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with production staff to efficiently manage workflow and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in the wood products manufacturing and finishing industry is desirable, but willing to train the right individual.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
