We are dedicated to producing high-quality, live-cultured probiotic gummies and other functional nutrition products. As we scale our operations, we are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented team members to join our growing team in Washington, Missouri. Job Summary We are seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production line equipment while ensuring product quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line to ensure smooth operation. Perform routine checks on machines and report any malfunctions. Inspect products for quality and consistency according to company standards. Assisted in setup, changeovers, and equipment cleaning between production runs. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output goals . Maintain accurate production logs and reports . Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required – training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting (a plus). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control . Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
