$47,000•$60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM•4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities1. Read and interpret assembly blueprints and specifications, and plan manual assembly of custom generator units. 2. Assemble systems, verify conformance of parts to stock lists and blueprints, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers•both metric and standard measurements. 3. Fasten and install generator components such as piping, fixtures, wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, rivet guns, and MIG welding equipment. 4. Position and align components for assembly, manually or using hoists. 5. Set and verify parts clearances to spec. 6. Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformances to customer specifications. 7. Completes all timekeeping requirements to track labor in jobs. 8. Completes all quality control paperwork per job as directed. 9. Notifies production foreman upon completion of assembly. 10. Adheres to the assembly process in place while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. 11. Other responsibilities as designated by and at the discretion of management.
