Requirements:

No experience necessary. We will train you! Comfortable working on a team of 3-5 people Willingly able to communicate verbally Respectful of safety requirements A natural desire to produce quality parts Willingness to listen to and take instruction A desire to learn and be trained Ability to lift up to 50lbs Able to stand for long periods of time A U.S. citizen or equivalent work visa

Responsibilities:

Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers Understand and follow safety guidelines including wearing company-provided protective equipment Show up on-time when you are scheduled Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards Willingly participate in all training Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
