We are now interviewing for full-time and part-time, entry-level positions in our New Orleans and Hammond locations. These positions are responsible for processing and labeling blood donations, modifying and inspecting blood components, receiving, filling and shipping orders for blood and ensuring all pick-ups and deliveries are completed. Candidates must have great customer service skills only. We teach the rest!

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Answering the phone, receiving, filling and shipping orders for blood components as per each client’s request, ensuring all pick-ups and deliveries are done, process donor units, modify components, label and properly disposition and inspect blood components for any abnormal appearance.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical vocational training preferredExperience

- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately transcribe numbers
- Ability to work well with others
