Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products or components according to specified instructions and quality standards. Operate assembly line machinery to assemble and fit parts together Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and safety standards. Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily production targets. Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company policies for cleanliness and safety. Assist with troubleshooting minor issues on the production line. Perform other tasks and duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be familiar with hand tooling and hardware installation. Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment (preferred). Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, or reach as needed throughout the shift. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
