  • Shift:
  • Monday – Friday, 7am to 3pm plus mandatory overtime as required
  • $3000
  • retention bonus [ $500 at 90 days, $1000 at 6 months and $1500 at 1 year]
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Properly loads and packages products on the machines as assigned, assisting Packaging Operators on line as needed.

+ Accurately completes hour by hour charts and confirmations in SAP, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) , Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO policies. + Assists Team Auditor train new teammates and ensure production efficiency standards are consistently met or exceeded. + Runs the line when TA is out, or as business needs require. + Reports any and all safety issues. Ensures assigned line’s safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies. Demonstrates daily 5S standards and monitors and trains assigned line on 5S policies in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and ISO policies. + Utilizes quality testing equipment to perform quality tests. Ensures quality tests are on schedule per line specific SOP, and verifies accuracy on all quality tests and checks required. Uses ETQ software to access SOPs to ensure adherence. + Helps organize and plan work flow by assisting with line clearance, changeovers, and facilitating line rotations as needed. + Performs additional duties as directed.

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • + 1 or more years of Packaging Operator experience; 2 or more years preferred + Must have completed and met minimum evaluation requirements of the Senior Packaging Operator JSK Training Program + Must be in good standing with attendance and performance, with minimum of informal feedback review of “Meets Expectations”
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
  • + Ability to work on multiple production lines + Must work well with others in a team environment, be able to ensures safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies + Ability to positively contribute to all team goals.

+ Must have basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred + Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment preferred + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form + Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment + Must have a good attention to detail + Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check + Must be willing to learn how to use new equipment + Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
