Power Distrib Control Assy Div division is currently seeking a Temp to FT

• Paint Line
• 1st Shift.

This position is based at our Arden, NC location. The primary function of the Paint Line Operator is to perform operator maintenance tasks and collaborate with paint line personnel to achieve daily goals. The hourly rate for this position is $19.50 per hour, and a $2 / hour increase for 2nd shift. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The primary function of the Paint Line Operator is to perform operator maintenance tasks and collaborate with paint line personnel to achieve daily goals.

In this function you will:

Perform initial set-up for machine operation Operate equipment/machinery to produce painted parts Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint line Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards are met Perform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipment Provide on-the-job training as needed Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily Flex to perform other responsibilities as needed

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Fabrication Past experience with powder coat

Position Success Criteria:

Able to lift up to 35 pounds
