• Manufacturing Lab Technician Collect and prepare rubber and tire component samples for testing Building of certain components for specialized testing Communicate atypical results to managers, engineers, and analysts Complete and maintain quality documents Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices Assist in the training of new associates Required Skills and Knowledge
• Manufacturing Lab Technician Technology-savvy Manufacturing skills and knowledge, required Manufacturing quality knowledge, preferred Education and Experience
• Manufacturing Lab Technician High school diploma and/or equivalent, required Previous manufacturing experience, required Quality experience, preferred Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must have a steady work history Must be detail-oriented Benefits and Pay
• Manufacturing Lab Technician Open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, required 12-hour shifts, either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM 2-2-3 schedule $17/ hour to start, and once certified in the position, pay bumps up to $20/hour Eligibility for offered healthcare, 50% dental reimbursement program, and a free $25,000 life insurance policy Eligibility for 401k retirement plan after one (1) year of employment Eligibility for PTO and paid holidays About InnoSource InnoSource has been Putting Passion to Work for over 25 years.
