Job Description Have the ability to both review and interpret 2D and 3D drawings. Manage activities for IQ (installation qualification), Equipment calibration, and support OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) on medical devices per ISO and FDA regulations with guided supervision. Assemble fixturing and equipment for DV builds Create and interpret technical documents with acceptable GDP and compliance to internal procedures Troubleshoot technical challenges within a project Use Statistical software to analyze data for process validations Create work instructions new and previously designed products and assembly processes Perform capacity analyses by use of time studies and other lean principles Work with production to identify areas of continuous improvement in existing products and processes.

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma/ Associate’s degree or higher preferred Previous manufacturing experience Solid works/ Autocad Experience or familiarity Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word etc) Technical writing skills Biomerics offers the following benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Holidays, and 401k.
