Edibles Production Technician Confidential Mooresville, NC 28117 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position requires a strong understanding of food processing , accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures. Fabricate and assemble components for packaging. The Edibles Production Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company’s infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner. The person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout the production process. Assist in packaging finished products according to specifications. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify any potential issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality. Maintain accurate records of production activities as required. Requirements Previous experience in a food processing plant is preferred. Culinary background and experience, strongly preferred. Strong mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide various units of measure. High School education or equivalent Experience working in a GMP manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred. Ability to push, pull, lift, or move up to 50lbs. Familiarity with FDA regulations related to food safety and processing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. •Background Check Requirement •As a condition of employment, a complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired.
