The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in factory settings, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires leadership skills to manage assembly line operations, supervise team members, and maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing process. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production associates on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate daily production schedules to meet output targets while optimizing resource allocation. Train new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and assembly techniques. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues related to machinery or workflow. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and fabrication tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of materials for production needs. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is required. Proficiency in operating forklifts is a plus; Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble and fabricate products using various tools.
