In this role, you’ll be on thefront lines of our tissue and towel production-keeping safety,quality, and efficiency at the core of everything you do. What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor equipment including rewinders, wrappers,packers, and palletizers
• Set up and change over machines, load materials, and replace worncomponents
• Perform quality checks and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot jams and mechanical issues (with support fromMaintenance when needed)
• Handle finished products manually or with lifting equipment
• Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards on the productionfloor

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of consistent employment history (preferably inindustrial or manufacturing settings)
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts
• Able to lift 40 lbs regularly and work in a physically demanding,loud, and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Siemens HMI or work order systems is a bonus
