Welding Robot Operator 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Randleman, NC 27317 Job Summary We are currently seeking a Welding Robot Operator to join our growing team in a fast-paced aluminum manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate aluminum welding robots to produce high-quality aluminum railing products Torch alignment Wire changes Consumable replacement Maintain consistent workflow and meet production targets Inspect welds and ensure finished products meet quality standards Follow all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications Experience with welding robots preferred (OTC robot experience a plus but not required ) Mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic troubleshooting tasks Enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Attention to detail and strong work ethic Willingness to work extended hours (average 45-55 hours/week) Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued, and you will have the opportunity for growth within the organization.
