Job Description:

SUMMARY:

The Utility Technician for the Frameless Line plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production operations by filling in for vacant positions across the line as needed. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as the technician will be tasked with performing various functions within the Frameless Line. Due to theplexity of the tasks involved, this position is graded as BN3.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform multiple production roles within the Frameless Line as
required
to
maintain
continuous operations.
Capable of
filling in for
any position within the department, ensuring flexibility and the smooth flow of production.
Collaborate with team members to provide support and
assistance
in daily operations.
Assist
in training new team members by providing guidance and support when necessary.
Ensure all work ispleted according to quality standards and safety guidelines.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues, alerting maintenance teams when needed to minimize downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team
leads
.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous
experience in production or manufacturing environments preferred.
Ability to perform various functions on the Frameless Line with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
Flexibility to adapt to
different roles
and quickly learn new tasks.
Goodmunication
skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and amitment to quality and safety standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand, walk, and
lift up
to
50
lbs
throughout the workday.
Capable of working in various production environments, including areas with machinery, moving parts, and potential noise.
Ability to use basic hand tools and
operate
machinery as needed.
