About the Role As a Production Technician I, you will play a critical role in supporting our production team. You’ll assist in core disassembly, module grouping, and maintaining warehouse organization. You’ll be part of a team focused on meeting production volume and quality goals. This entry-level role is a great starting point to learn about hybrid battery remanufacturing and build a successful career in the industry. Key Responsibilities Core Disassembly & Module Grouping

  • Support the production team by breaking down battery cores and transitioning modules for reconditioning. Support Assembly & Testing
  • Test battery components to ensure functionality and quality. Maintain Warehouse Organization
  • Ensure all materials and parts are stored properly and easily accessible for production needs. Assist in Meeting Production Quotas
  • Contribute to achieving production volume and quality goals. Follow Safety & Quality Protocols
