Line Operator Position Available In Yadkin, North Carolina

Line Operator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Yadkinville, NC 27055 Continuous manufacturing production & inspection on production line. Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery. Meet production rates & improvement targets.

Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run
• Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP’s, safety requirements
• Inspection of product going into and out of process
• Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system (including 6S, Kaizan, waste, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing)
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Able to stand for majority of shift
• Must be able to bend and stoop
• Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer
