Are you ready to realize yourpotential? The Position This position has primary responsibility tosupport the manufacturing processes for the given area. Thisposition requires strict adherence to cGMPs, establishedmanufacturing practices and procedures, and compliance with qualityregulations and guidelines.

According tothe organizational chart Number of subordinates withdirect/indirect referral: n/a Essential Functions Productmanufacturing and product manufacturing support activitiesCompletion of routine documentation associated with the manufactureof product Support in-process activities and product developmentwhen instructed by supervisor Incorporate pre-planned processimprovements/cost reduction program into manufacturing Perform areaequipment and process validations in accordance with validationprocedures Perform in-process product testing in accordance withstandard procedures Support manufacturing activities in otherdepartments as instructed by supervisor Performs all job duties andresponsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and inaccordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations andindustry codes Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentialsin all activities and interactions with others PhysicalRequirements 0-10% overnight travel required. The ability to climb,balance, stoop, reach, stand and walk. The ability to push, lift,grasp, finger, and feel. The ability to speak, listen, andunderstand verbal and written communication. Repetition includingsubstantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. Lifting upto 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, orotherwise move objects. Visual acuity to perform close activitiessuch as: reading, writing, and analyzing; and to determine theaccuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to makegeneral observations. The working environment includes a variety ofphysical conditions including: noise, close proximity to movingparts and equipment, and exposure to chemicals; atmosphericconditions including: odors, fumes, and dust.
QualificationsEducation and Certifications:
High School diploma or associate’sdegree or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience,relevant manufacturing preferred Bachelors’ Degree in a sciencediscipline with zero (0) years’ experience
