Are you ready to realize yourpotential? The Position This position has primary responsibility tosupport the manufacturing processes for the given area. Thisposition requires strict adherence to cGMPs, establishedmanufacturing practices and procedures, and compliance with qualityregulations and guidelines. The Back End Night Schedule Wednesday,Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 6:45pm – 7:00am. NightSchedule comes with a 15% differential Training is the first (3)weeks of your employment and the hours during training are Mondaythrough Friday 8:00am – 5pm Relationships Reports to: Supervisor ofManufacturing Number of subordinates with direct/indirect referral:n/a Essential Functions Product manufacturing and productmanufacturing support activities Completion of routinedocumentation associated with the manufacture of product Supportin-process activities and product development when instructed bysupervisor Incorporate pre-planned process improvements/costreduction program into manufacturing Perform area equipment andprocess validations in accordance with validation proceduresPerform in-process product testing in accordance with standardprocedures Support manufacturing activities in other departments asinstructed by supervisor Performs all job duties andresponsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and inaccordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations andindustry codes Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentialsin all activities and interactions with others
QualificationsEducation and Certifications:
High School diploma or associate’sdegree or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience,relevant manufacturing preferred Bachelors’ Degree in a sciencediscipline with zero (0) years’ experience
Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities:
Knowledge of cGMP operations preferable The ability tounderstand and execute established written instructions isessential Physical Requirements 0-10% overnight travel required.
The ability to climb, balance, stoop, reach, stand and walk. Theability to push, lift, grasp, finger, and feel. The ability tospeak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication.
Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and orfingers. Lifting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift,carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Visual acuity toperform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analyzing;and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of workassigned or to make general observations. The working environmentincludes a variety of physical conditions including: noise, closeproximity to moving parts and equipment, and exposure to chemicals;atmospheric conditions including: odors, fumes, and dust.
