Skillfully disassemble and reassemble medical devices using a variety of hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque wrenches, tube cutters). Apply adhesives and cure with UV wands for secure component integration. Perform intricate laser welding using specialized fixtures. Conduct thorough leak testing on disposable components and durable subassemblies to ensure product integrity. Utilize arbor presses, often with custom fixtures, for precise component integration. What You Need to Be Successful (Qualifications): Proven ability to assemble and disassemble complex medical devices and components into finished products. Experience with basic hand tools and some power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills). Ability to write and communicate effectively in English. Strong respect for and adherence to strict quality standards in a regulated environment. Must maintain a clean and organized workspace.
