CNC Manufacturing Technician (1st & 3rd Shifts Available)

Schedule:

1st shift, M-F 7a-3:30p; 3rd shift, Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am

Description:

Job Duties
? Properly startup and shutdown CNC equipment
? Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts
? Diligently monitor machine performance, performance basic troubleshooting activities and
escalate issues through chain of command
? Manually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw
guns
? Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines
? Maintain a clean and organized workcell
? Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when
observed
? Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous
improvement
? Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED
? 1 year of manufacturing experience
? CNC experience preferred
? Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
? Self motivated
