We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sterile fill finish manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of aseptic techniques. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and compliant production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain sterile fill finish manufacturing equipment. Perform aseptic filling, capping, and sealing of pharmaceutical products. Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing areas and equipment. Monitor and document production processes to ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs. Assist in the preparation and sterilization of components and materials. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and goals. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role within a sterile fill finish environment. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and GMP regulations. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.
